Exciting NEW Developments in 2026

In accordance with our commitment to continuous improvement, in December 2025 an in-depth retrospective review of the 3-week Spark of Life Master Leadership Program was conducted in consultation with our international community of active and implementing  Master Practitioners.

The result of this review has led to the further development of a new format for the Master Leadership Program. From September 2026 the Spark of Life Master Leadership Program will be provided as 3 distinct Modules with approximately a month’s interval between.

Module 1 Rehabilitative Program:
September 14 to 17
4-day foundation on the Spark of Life Rehabilitative Program including the neuroscience behind the success of the program.

Module 2 Spark of Life Philosophy:
October 15 to 23
7-day introduction to the Spark of Life Philosophy, Principles, and Programs, the Educate the Educator content and how to become a memorable presenter

Module 3 Spark of Life Quality Management System:
November 16 to 20
5-day introduction to the Spark of Life Quality Management System, Leadership Model, Goal Setting Formula, and being a Spark of Life Master Practitioner

Spark of Life Master Leadership Program
– A Powerful Educate the Educator Solution

The Master Leadership Program provides a cascade of knowledge transfer from the source of the Spark of Life Philosophy and Model of Care, empowering internal key members of staff to effectively deliver Spark of Life Education to their teams, volunteers, and families of people with dementia ensuring consistency across all service pathways.

A Master Practitioner learns not only the specific content of the Spark of Life Education but also how to be a memorable presenter when delivering the information to their participants.

The Master Leadership Program is provided by the Founder of Dementia Care International, Jane Verity. The Spark of Life Model of Care and the Master Leadership Program have been developed through field testing with healthcare leaders in 12 countries and a continuous improvement feedback loop to guarantee it’s efficacy and sustainability.

Who Is this Program for?

The Spark of Life International Master Leadership Program is for leaders with a pioneering spirit from organisations that, at Board and CEO level, are committed to implementing the Spark of Life Model of Care.

These organisations can be from aged and community care, mental health as well as from other fields of human endeavour.

Live via Zoom

The Spark of Life Rehabilitative Program Course is provided live via Zoom. The education has been developed specifically to be conducive to the Zoom experience enabling each participant to be actively involved, inspired and engaged.

In addition the Spark of Life Zoom based education is unique in the way it provides a supportive  compassionate learning environment.
