The edition also featured Spark of Life Uniforms on the cover.
From a corporate perspective, there are many benefits of introducing vibrant rainbow colours such as rainbow uniforms. Relatives visiting a care environment where the staff members wear the vibrant rainbow uniforms also experience joy and feel uplifted. Families deciding on long term care for their loved one will remember and prefer a place where the staff wear bright, coloured uniforms and focus on the unique needs of those in their care.
