In Australia, the Spark of Life Philosophy is currently implemented in Western Australia, South Australia, New South Wales and Tasmania in Acute Care and Residential Aged and Dementia Care. It is also implemented as part of a specialised in-home service and in addition as an underpinning support to prisoners and refugees.

Since 1993, the Spark of Life Philosophy has been facilitated through one-day introductory presentations and 3-day courses in most states of Australia both as public courses and within individual aged care homes.

Over the past 20 years, the Spark of Life Philosophy has been showcased at national and international conferences held in Australia and overseas.
